Human Capital and Internal Processes

The Human Capital & Internal Processes (HCIP) team at PoliMi E-Club is responsible for managing the club’s people strategy and ensuring smooth internal operations. The team oversees onboarding, member engagement, and internal coordination, while also monitoring participation and performance through data analysis and structured tracking systems. HCIP designs and optimises internal workflows, coordinates communication across teams, and supports organisational planning to ensure that projects run efficiently. By combining analytical tools with people-focused processes, the team helps maintain a high-performing, motivated, and well-organised community within the club.

Corporate and External Relationships

Our team is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships both within and beyond the university.

We collaborate with student associations, academic departments, and partner universities, while also engaging with startups, companies, venture capital firms, investors, and key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Our goal is to create meaningful connections that bring opportunities, insights, and real‐world value to the Polimi community.
